4 simple steps to a perfect skin

Every day thousands of dollars are spent on cosmetic, drugs and food supplements to keep the skin clear, smooth, and glowing. Having a perfect skin void of acne, pimples, or any other form of skin disorder is the joy of any body. The question is, can you really have a perfect skin? Is it possible for me to look like my most admired superstar? The answer- YES! Everything absolutely everything is possible if you believe.
Today let me share with you 4 simple steps to having a perfect skin
1) Condition your mind. every thing begins with your mind, no matter the medication you are taking, if your mind is filled with worries, fears, and anxiety, it will surly show up in your skin. Doctors have approved that major breakout that occur comes from stress and worries. You must learn how to manage and direct your thoughts to thinks only those things you are expecting and refuse to be overwhelmed by fears and worries.

2) Understand your skin type. For you to probably take care of your skin, you must know your skin type. This is important because it will determine the kind of cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and makeup you apply to it. Always remember to keep it simple and gentle, as too many products can irritate and too many steps may tempt you to skip.

3) Take healthy diet rich with vitamin A, B, C, E, and K. this vitamins protect your skin from the sun exposure(vitamin C and E) ,reaper the skin tissues(vitamin A) and fight germs. Since you can hardly get the right proportion for your skin form your diet is bet to take supplements. Also taking enough glass of water (at least 8 glasses) will help

4) Join a skin care forum or subscribe for a skin care magazine.

Although I have not elaborated more on these steps, but it is meant to give you a guide on how you came really have a perfect skin.
